First letter of text object changes to uppercase automatically

Each time I create a new text object, the first letter automatically changes to capital (uppercase). I need it to stay lowercase. How to fix this?

Go to Tools>Options>Workspace>Taxt>QuickCorrect and disable "Capitalize first letters of sentences" checkbox
Note: Sometimes this setting is not saved if a user name contains Unicode characters (c:\Documents and Settings\%User name%\Application Data\Corel\...)
