Why is my Jigsaw Puzzle Creator not working I paid the 39.95 fee March of 2014 and that was the second time I have paid that fee earlier I believe in 2010 also the 39.95. Let me know what to do.
After designing a puzzle and then sending it my Epilog machine it does not cut as instructed it just sits at an apparent point of beginning. Why, What is not being done?
