Could it be that you have Object Manager docker open in, say, v12 but not in v11? Try closing all dockers and see if you still see the difference?

I tried on some files myself and I don't see a 100 times faster performance of v11 vs 12/13.

All dockers closed but no changes.

there are not difference v11,v12 at small files.

if you examination my file info (file.txt), you'll see, there are many objects, nodes, bitmaps in the file. Anyway i have this problem with similar files, very complex files.

yeah X3 is very slow with transparecies on bitmaps and so on.

though my file show no BIG lag on powerclips exiting (about 1/2 sec) BUT IT HANG DEAD if I was in high magnification view, reduce zoom before exiting from powerclip, you can write a macro of two lines.
Number of objects: 19732
Number of points: 630242
Max. # of curve points: 21916
Max. # of curve subpaths: 910
Groups: 403
Curves: 19731
Rectangles: 1
Symbols: 1

by the way I like X3 shows document info instantly while cd11 checks document before info on this file for 15 seconds

low magnification view did'nt solved this problem. You try more complex objects again, for example newspaper with curved text.

my file contains 3.998.437 number of points. its too high.

Well I tried with this file - it was the same 1 sec on powerclip exiting IN DRAFT View MODE, 5 sec in Enhanced mode

Number of objects: 236773
Number of points: 7 562 805
Max. # of curve points: 21916
Max. # of curve subpaths: 910
Groups: 4836
Curves: 236772

but anyway CorelDraw is very miserable in screen redrawing because they still after 10 years of experience haven't understood that CorelDraw MUST feature persistent display cache. It is so obvious - I edit inside powerclip, so when I exit, there should be no redraw of areas outside powerclip curve, but alas! developers never work with such files, the don't have an answer. btw illu10 is very fast on such extreme files - but who cares, it costs too much

wOxxOm, i think this problem isnt interested in screen redrawing

My file is waiting me 68 sec on power clip exiting in cd12 and 13.
Same file isn't waiting me on power clip exiting cd11... (maybe 0,2 sec )

problem is new versions. I dont wish new features. I wish, corel programming group dont go bed new versions.

wOxxOm, i tested a file your method. You right, only refresh time vaiting me.

But my file is not this type files. I attached my file this msg. You'll see this file is forming 5 pages. And there are too many curved text in the file. And only bitmaps in powerclip.

I'm writing again, "i have this problem only cd12 and 13, cd11 works good.
