Workspace X3 + Script Debugging?

A Script Debug pop-up everytime as I started to work in default Workspace of Corel Draw X3? Clicked on any tools the same thing happened. As I followed the prompt until myself got into the debugging page. Displayed all the parameters and scripting codes it was way out of my understanding.

- I don't have Microsoft Frontpage on my pc
- But 4 workspaces to choose from. As I have tried to install the X3 on other pc it's got only 3 workspaces to choose from. Why?
- if I am go back to workspace 12 then it was okay!
- Have tried uninstalling & reinstall but without successed.

the error is caused most probably due to installation of MSIE 7....
Corel has released HotPatch for Hints docker (do you have it open?) - link is here

Anyway just turn off MS Script debugger in "Start button"->Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services (set startup type to Disabled).

Also you can reach services console faster: launch explorer, right-click "My Computer", choose "MANAGE", expand last line "Services and apps", choose Services, find "Machine Debug Manager", double-click it and set startup to "Disabled" and of course click Stop button for this service
