Default page numbering macro

Is there a way to add a feature to this macro form where the user can choose which page to start numbering? For example I want to start numbering at page 2 showing 1 of (total).

Hi.
Should be pretty easy. Change the For Each Loop to a For Loop.
Ie
Change:

Code:
For Each p In ActiveDocument.Pages
        p.Activate

        'code in here....

Next p
to:

Code:
    Dim i
    Dim iStart&

    iStart = 5 'start at page 5
    For i = iStart To ActiveDocument.Pages.Count
        ActiveDocument.Pages(i).Activate
        Set p = ActiveDocument.Pages(i)

              'code in here....

    Next i

okay, got it to work.
one more thing - how can I set the numbering to start on a particular page and not start counting at the first page. So, in other works start labeling AND counting at a particular page I choose.

Default Page Numbering

Instead of using the p.Index you would need to use your own counting variable.

As a note, these features are supported in X6, no need for a macro :-)
