Picture Publisher 9 crashes under Windows XP

Hi,

We are having an issue with a 1.6GHz/256MB/WinXP-SP2 computer and the Designer 9 Suite. Picture Publisher just won't start, it always displays an application error message, right after the splash screen kicks in.

Here is what I did to try to fix the problem:

1. Apply the 9.0.2 service pack
2. Enabled the Compatibility Mode for the EXE file, selecting Windows 2000 at first, and then NT 4 and finally Windows 98.

No luck. Has anybody experienced the same issue? Was a workaround found? Thanks in advance,

If you have more than 1GB RAM iGrafX IMG will not work well
