An Idea for a handy and easy to make macro

I need a simple macro that can make all selected objects/groups to fit a sertain size of a rectangle.

Let say we have rectangle box that from the macro is given the size of 10x20 pixels

and we have two objects, one 5x30 pixels and one 30x5 and the macro should make thouse two objects to fit inside the rectange maintaining the aspect ratio.

This one should be very usefull in many cases, adn should be very easy to make. Probably its code is already written because such thing is working as a part of the thumbnailer macro, because it makde imported images to fit inside rectangle keeping the aspect ratio.
