Default Colour swatches from existing document?

I'm sure I read a script that created swatches by looping through all the colours in every object used in a document.... was I just imagining things? I can't find it.

(Would some way of using the "Colour Styles" docker information be an easier method?)

That wasn't what I was thinking on (at least I can't remember seeing it before)... however this looks to be much better

Thanks
