Default Lost DXFTool toolbar

When I installed Curveworks, I lost my DXFTool toolbar/button.
How do I get it back?

Thanks

I found info elsewhere about how to add a toolbar. I ended up adding the DXF Tool macro to the Curveworks workspace.
