Default How to remove it?

How can I remove this... program, script, plug-in (actually, which one is right name for it?)

I'm using CD11

Sorry i'm litlle absent-minded this morning...
I just checked add/remove programs more carefully and i found the answer

VBA-based programs are called "Macros" to be exact, but it doesn't really matter.
