Default Curves and cleaning up clipart

Hi,

I have some royalty free clipart that looks good but need a little work. I converted the image to trace/lineart but noticed there are some breaks within the outline of the image. I would like to clean up this outline and am thinking I need to join the breaks in the line art somehow. What would be an easy way to do this. I read about converting to curves and adding nodes but I cannot get the graphic to convert to curves. Can someone help me with this procedure?

Thanks

Two things, first what version of CorelDRAW are you using?

Second if the file is small enough please post it, it is alway easier to suggest a method when we can see what we need to work on.

I downloaded the macro but am not sure how this interfaces with CorelDraw. Is this macro integrated with Corel or do I need to somehow initiate it?

Thanks
