Default Decimal number with dot?

Hi all, first of all, sorry for my bad english
In coreldraw when I input a size of any object the number if there is a decimal I must write with the comma, for exemple: cm 10,5 but it's uncomfortable!!
It's best write decimal with dot: cm 10.5 right?
The problem is that coreldraw don't accept dot for decimal numbers
There is a possible solution? also not only in corel, perhaps in the settings of windows.
Thank you, bye.
NightLord

Did you try in Windows : Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language options > Customize this format

... and change the decimal symbol with a dot.
