Convert Workspace X6 to Workspace X7

"You cannot bring a X6 workspace into X7. Workspaces for X7 are all new and do not support importing previous versions."

I do not believe it!
They may be kidding.

What do we do with all our shortcuts made ??with macro and other special functions designed to improve our work processes?

Has anyone thought about what to do about this giant problem?
