Default Corel MAC with Corel PC

We are looking at the Corel X3 upgrade at the moment and we are PC based setups.... but never tested out Corel 11 on the MAC... how good is that program? Is it buggy or a complete exact match of the PC version...

I want to know if using Corel MAC with Corel PC on our small business network will be possible. I think fonts are solved with OpenType I think.

The reviews I've read have been good. But it is best to read these reviews yourself doing a Google search, I think, you may need to know a specific compatiblity.

I have never used 11 for MAC myself.

Default CorelMAC

If you want to run Corel on a MAC buy and new Intel MAC, download Boot Camp and run XP on it. Thay way X3 will run just peachy.

CorelDRAW 11 is the latest MAC release. Never used it, but I am sure it is showing its age by now.

If you are going to run InteliMAC then you could run any version of DRAW.

Default Corel 11 Mac/PC

Hey Dave,

for what its worth... C11(Mac) worked kinda quirky for me at times.
Sometimes it would close out just at the right time. It just didnt cut it
i thought. I tried but threw it in the trash.

Now that ya brought that up... i just zeroed out me drives and just might give it another go.

PC/Mac combo is like drinking and driving.... on the PC ya drink and have problems, the Mac... well ya keep driving

That's a really detailed description of the problem. Did it say "No" in female or male voice?

newsgroups at cnews.corel.com may have an answer. Ask there (first find an appropriate newsgroup)
