Copy Layer

Hi,

i want to copy a single layer from a dokument to another with the following vb script:

Dim lr As Layer
Dim TempDoc As Document
Set TempDoc = PHOTOPAINT.OpenDocument("c:\file.cpt")
Set lr = TempDoc.Layers.Selection("Layername")
lr.Copy

when i run it the error comes:
objektvariable oder with-blockvariable nicht festgelegt

does someone know how to fix this?
