How to detect textbox's language or charset?

I have a from to let user input some texts in the textbox.
Then I want to detect those texts' language or charset.

I had tried several ways.. but still can't work

Can anyone tell me how to do it?

What are you trying to do? Since CorelDRAW is a Unicode application it doesn't really need a charset anymore... Explain what you need to accomplish.
