Default Install Spot Colors form C++

Is it possible to add Spot Colors from a created palette into userinks from C++?
I know this can be done in VBA-script, but I would like to do it form C++.

Is this possible through Ole Automation?

I also tried it with the type library from corel, but then I got "class not registered". And as this application needs to run on other pc's, it doesn't help just to register the class on my PC.
