Default A background-related question...

I have a probably very lame question regarding backgrounds.
How can I use a bitmap as background for page 1 and then use another bitmap as background for page 2? It just keeps using the same picture for all the pages...

And question #2: Can I combine two documents into one and how?

10x.

You can create several master pages with the background you need and to disable unneeded masters on the desired page.
How to: switch to the page 2, open the Object Manager docker, right-click the layer you want to disable, select Properties and so on.
If you have a lot of pages it is easyer to do it with a macro.
For example: I have two master layers named "odd" and "even"...
Code:
Sub Masters()
Dim p As Page, flip As Boolean
flip = False
'enable all my master pages
For Each p In ActiveDocument.Pages
p.Layers("odd").Visible = True
p.Layers("odd").Printable = True
p.Layers("even").Visible = True
p.Layers("even").Printable = True
Next p

'disable unneded master pages
For Each p In ActiveDocument.Pages
If flip Then
p.Layers("odd").Visible = False
p.Layers("odd").Printable = False
flip = False
Else
p.Layers("even").Visible = False
p.Layers("even").Printable = False
flip = True
End If
Next p
End Sub

In CorelDRAW 9 you could simply import the second document to the end of the first one, but in later versions there is a bug, which places the contents of page 2 of the second document over the page 2 of the first one . So you have to copy paste pages from one document to another one by one manually or with a macro.
