Default Dirty related event in CD 12?

I would like to use AppWindow.Caption to indicate if the current doc has been modified. Is there any way to cause a document's going dirty to fire an event I could use to update the caption? Any other ideas on how to do this?

There is no direct way to do it, however what I would suggest is to use SelectionChanged event and check the status of Document.Dirty property. SelectionChanged is dispatched not only when the actual selection changes, but when some properties of selected objects change. I don't think you can make the document dirty somehow without triggering SelectionChanged event. However I may be wrong.
