Call Color.UserAssignEx method:

Code:
Dim c As New Color
c.CMYKAssign 0, 0, 0, 100 ' Default color
If c.UserAssignEx() Then
    ' Color is now selected OK
Else
    ' User clicked Cancel button
End If
