Default Alex, Please Help with Import png problems

Hello:
i need to import a list of png files, normally 11X17 inchs at 350 to 400 dpi.
normally # of files go from 10 to 16 files.
i have a array with files names and then run a loop to open one by one and put it on x and y coordinates on active document.
to do import i declared:
fileaddress and file name is the name and root of file
posx and posy is the location where new shapes will be located
Dim impflt As ImportFilter
Dim impopt As New StructImportOptions

' 16 files will be opened
for cont=1 to 16
impopt.Mode = cdrImportFull
Set impflt =ActiveLayer.ImportEx("FileSddress"&filename,cdrAutoSense,impopt)
impflt.Finish
Set shtemp = ActiveShape
'do something with shtemp
'delete original from disk i don't need it anymore
Kill "FileSddress" & filename
shtemp.SetPosition posX, posY
next cont

This loop work great with small files ( 10 X 10 inchs at 180 dpi) per example, but when i run it with big files it stop with import failure message.
i try to change AutoSense to cdrPNG and still same problem.
new shape is not created and when i go to the root folder where png file is located it disappear.
looks like Corel try to open and delete the file.
i try to see if the line Kill was the problem but if i do a REM to this line i still have same problem.
somebody know how to solve.
Maybe is a Corel Memory leak?
Maybe Alex have another way to deal with big files.
Please Help.
Plese forguive my poor english.
