Default Print Merge

I thought this would be easy but is turning into a difficult situation. My dilemma is this, I am mergering Condo Association names onto a 6-3/4" page layout. Some of the titles take up two lines and some take up only one line. Some of these names have a comma (,) separating the name and Inc. at the end. Without changing the whole layout from the client and designing a new layout I wanted to try and keep the same layout.

Here is an example

Herberts Royal Palm Tree Bliss Condo Association, Inc. (all one line)

- or -

Herbert's Royal Palm Tree
Bliss Condo Association, Inc. (taking up two lines)

Using Excel and merging with the comma in place is not working like I thought it would. Any tips on getting this done would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

I think you only need to merge to a paragraph text frame instead of an art. text string.
then the text will wrap as required.

Thanks Jeff ... Although I did think of that but the situation is some even though they are long don't wrap but others do or would. In my example shows both ways that a name could fall into place. I think I am going to have to resort to using the CorelDRAW Create from Scratch database. I was trying to avoid that by using Excel.

I also have the merge lines like this:

<<Line2>>
<<Line1>>

This gets around the wrap around thing, it's not the way I would like to have it, but it will do.

Thanks for the input!
