Interesting Error

Hi All,
This is the first time I have ever seen this error and thought I would share... This is actually VBA PhotoPaint but that forum looks dead so I'm posting here.

We have an automated process to convert JPG's etc that uses PhotoPaint. This image came through the other day to be printed on an iPhone case. The image is obviously not counterfeit money, however PhotoPaint thinks so!

Attached is the file and the error that PhotoPaint throws when trying to open.

Has anyone else seen this before?
