Default Paint by Number

I am not sure I understand the question. Are you wanting to find each say #4 piece to fill it a specific color?

hey guys, what he wants is to convert a full color image to this, so that is becomes a paint by number scene for actual paint later

So, the posterized results of a powertrace are turned into lines, with numbers for that piece's previous shade.

Use Smart Fill Tool in Corel Draw. It will paint any areas on your powertraced picture.
