Crops marks Setting in Corel Draw X3

Hi

Can somebody help me on this,

In Cdr X3, When you create a pdf with all the prepress settings, it will add the crops marks for you. But what i want to do is bring the crop marks in (At the moment it puts the marks above the bleed area, i want it to touch the bleed), Just like the Illustrators do

Is the bleed area designed bigger than the design page size?
