Default importing CurveWorks command bar

Is it possible to import the CurveWorks command bar into my heavily-customized workspace? If not, where do I look for the icons you use?

Bill Pitkin

Could someone show me an answer to this? I tried importing it into my current workspace and it just doesn't show up. Thanks.
