Default NSIS and Windows 10

I have been using a NSIS script to distribute a CorelDRAW macro. It has been working correctly for years, but now under Windows 10 file deletion does no longer works. The new versions are installed correctly but old versions are not deleted.

Has anyone come across this?

Default Nsis

I have not seen this, but if you want to send me your NSIS script, or the section that is having issues I will test for you and see if I see the same results.
