How to convert my document colors to grayscale

I have a document with many colors. I want to change it to grayscale only. How can this be done without manually changing fills/outlines of each object?

There are several ways to do it:

1. Use Find & Replace wizard
- Go to Edit>Find & Replace>Replace objects... menu
- In the Replace Wizard dialog specify Replace a color model or palette and click Next
- Make sure the first choice, Find any color model or color palette is selected
- Specify Replace with the color model: Grayscale (see the attachment)
- Click Finish and then click "Replace All" button
- Repeate this one more time - for outlines.

2. Use Color Adjustment effects
- Select all your objects
- Go to Effects>Adjust>Hue/Saturation/Lightness...
- Drag the Saturation slider to far left (-100%) and click OK

In both cases you should have only gray objects.
