Default Eyedrop a bitmap color in VBA?

Is this possible (in X4)? And older reply says no, but it seems like a CustomCommand might be the way to go, but I can't find any decent info on all of them anywhere.

Otherwise a trace/select shape/get color approach might do, but a straight one would be so much better.
