Default residual outline

This is more a Corel issue than Jigsaw Puzzle creater per se, but if anyone can help I'd appreciate it. Been 15 years since I used Corel a lot, so I have a bit of a learning curve

Anyway, my problem is that even if I put outline to none for the powerclips, a residual outline remains on the image. This is a particularly visibile problem if I remove a piece from the outside edge and the export as a JPG or Gif - the image has a visible straight edge outline around it, which I don't want as it the image and the website I'm putting it on have the same background colours and should blend in.

I think I can get around it by removing the powerclips completely before saving each image (a sequence of puzzle pieces appearing) but it's a deal more work.

So - how can I make the powerclip outlines disappear? Any hints?

thanks!

further testing shows its not a powerclip problem. 1 pixel left and bottom borders are showing when exported to gif or jpg even when powerclips are removed and page background export turned off, so some corel issue I have to learn about

Problem fixed.

For anyone else with this issue, it's a known bug in Corel X4, fixed in SP1.
