DRAW has a web palette but it would be so handy to have a palette that does it all, where you could input any color space and get to where you need to get with efficiency.

I found this on the web and it is pretty cool...
http://www.nattyware.com/pixie.html It does everything, that I planned to do with my macro... Hope this helps.
