Default saving time for machine printing

I have a toolbar created which has a button for sending what ever is drawn and written in my document.
now to that button i have attached a macro which helps me to send my jobs to the printer directly.
my problem is
whne i run that macro on some other computer it does not work as there is eihter a diffrent machine or a printer attached ,can there be a program which is same for all the machine and can be excecuted from anywhere.
also one major problem i have is
suppose for example I have a a line say "this is text" on my documnet
and than I realise that it should be this is test. i go and change that x to a
but when i send it to my machine or printer as you say.it first puts a blank space in x and that comes back and agin replaces it with s.which takes time for it to move forward and backwards.is there a way i can sort all the jobs before i sedn it to print so that i have letter printed as this is test at first place.
my doumnent ca have muliptle lines of text or shapes .can we sort all that.
so that my machine saves time of not movign forward and backwards

please anyone help me with this
thanks is advance
