Default Resizing graphic based on merge record

I have an ongoing project where I print a couple merge fields with a graphic. I am printing t-shirt transfers for various sized shirts. We generally adjust the size of transfer proportionately to the shirt size. Currently, we build the merge data based on size and print all transfers for that particular size.

I would love to be able to resize the graphic based upon data from a merge field...keeping the transfers printing in a specific order. Here is an example:

If size=XL then I want the transfer at 100%,
if size=L then 95%
if size=M then 90%
if size=S then 85%

I am guessing this should be possible with some VB code. If you could point me in the correct direction that would be great!

Ron
