Default Custom macro icon in CorelDraw 2018

I've just started using CorelDraw 2018 from X6 and I can't seem to work out how to create my own icon image for my custom Toolbar Items that are associated with some macros I made. There used to be a way to make your own custom icons in the Appearance tab or you could import your own bmp images but this feature seems to have gone??

Tools>Customization>Commands>[select Macros from drop down]>Appearance tab
