Recreating And Image

I am a newbie. My particular problem is that I have applied special effects to an image using "effects", "texture" and "relief sculpture". It turned out beautifully and I saved it to another photo program, and printed it. I would now like to apply the identical effect to another photo, but don't seem to be able to recreate the specs used in the initial image, nor can I find anything in the menus or in help that might show me how to do this. I used the default colour gray, and there is a little sprinkling of colour on one side of the image, and the sculture is very smooth with relatively minimal detail. There must be something in the menu that would allow me to duplicate the effects used in the first image.
Can anyone help.

Not now, but in PP you can record what you do, and you can replay what is recorded. Not every comand works, but many of them.
