Default VBA Editor Problem

I fixed this problem before but re-formated my PC and now I have the same problem but forgot how to fix it. When i start VB Editor I get the error

Cannot Initialize Visual Basic for Application. VBA may not be installed. Try re-installing it using the Corel Installed and selecting a Custom Setup.

I have try custom setup but it does not work.. Please help....

As I remember it happened with me when I tried to use Corel with a different username than it was installed with. I hope it helps.
