Question Curve Direction

Anyone for a small macro to use after selecting multiple objects that will
have all objects go in the same direction? See attached pic.

Sometimes with script text you want to weld the letters as a whole after breaking apart. Selecting the insides and then the outer sometimes creates a
combined 'word' but its solid looking. In wireframe view, you still see the inside
parts but they arent complete.

Sometimes have to go back, break apart & Reverse Contours.

Anyone relate to this and have a small solution?

Thanx

Default Curve Direction

I have seen this many times....infact just got similar results today. Never thought of creating a macro to solve it. Let me digg around and see what might be possible. Fun Fun

Thumbs up pretty cool...

Hah! ... another friend was tellin me earlier...

After typing your script text... break apart the word... select the characters that will touch starting from left to right and hit Weld (W for me) then combine word afterwards as a whole. Interesting.
Instead of converting the word(s) to curves, breaking apart and selecting individuals. Something i never thought of.

Same direction for the objects is still a wish.

that would be great to have this made for X3. I have been getting
some pretty complex files lately that contain a serious amount of objects
that dont fill properly. it gets a little annoying making it work.

have you done anything on this Shelby?
